I am going to risk the manhunt and say gunblade, really nice weapon that in both incarnations.

As for a weapon that you can't use like a normal weapon though I have to go for Weapon from the final fantasy series, all the Weapons are great. What takes down a Weapon? A huge maco cannon equally as stupidly overpowerful.

the flame thrower in any gta game i always had so much fun just burning stuff and people hehe, it always ran out of fuel so fast though :( but yeah thats my fave weapon in any game
