Quite a while ago, way before the art before, someone posted a picture saying they would use it for the art portal. Back then, I planned to steal it, however I did not, and named it artportaltime. Anyone care to tell me who made it? It's also my profile picture.

Pretty sure that's one of RageVI's pictures. He's been drawing dragons like that for god-knows-how-long.

If I had to guess, I'd say that was Rage's website. The big picture on the page is the same as the one Rage has for his profile pic.
(That, or someone's been doing some thieving of art.)

Those particular dragons are by Deligaris. I just enjoy his art.
