Ok I have always been an old school nintendo kid ever since I was little. However Seeing HeartGold and SoulSilver is like a stroll down memory lane. I loved the pokemon games whaen I was little and looking to be a Lets Player adds to that. I do not have a DS but thinking about getting one. However I am not just getting the DS for HeartGold and SoulSilver. Not sure of which game to get or if I should get the DS. I like some of HeartGolds pokemon but I like Lugia and I like some Pokemon in SoulSilver. Not sure what to do.
well you could wait for a new version of crystal to come out and get the best of both. Or just get one and trade for the pokemon in other.. the differences aren't really that huge. When i used to get those games i just got whichever one i found first

not sure when crystal will come out so i still do not know what to do
I have looked at the differences and i am going to get HeartGold on the DS because I can get all of the other pokemon in SoulSilver in my ruby and leaf green games except Teddiursa, Ursaring, and Delibird. Which I can probably get from my friend.
ahhh i personally think silver, because i got silver when i was young, maaan that brings back memories....
Dude... both games haves all the pokemons, you can get Lugia and Ho-ho (the Heartgold legendary) in both of them, oh and is the same story anyways so it dosent matter...
