Does NG also support score system like mochimedia? if yes, how? thanks in advance.

Currently, newgrounds does not have a highscore API. But it appears as though they are working on one.

They do have a high score now.

You can see it in:

Ching Chong Beautiful

and

Doug Out

You have to talk to Tom (or one of his cronies) to get your hands on it.
