I know im asking real easy to find out crap here but how do i know if im a gold member or not and how do i tell how much more xp i need to get to the next lvl

You are automatically a gold member, once you register. So you are one.
And I heard they have Wi/Ht forum...

Vote on games and movies and stuff to get more experience points. When you sign up, you're a gold member.

Go to your profile and chech your xp and it'll say like 100/180 and the second sumber is how much you need to your next level. so minus the second from the first to find out how many pints you need to your next level.

All the accounts on Newgrounds are standard; there's no upgrade options of anything like that.

As for your EXP requirements, you can look on your userpage, and scroll down. On the left hand side of the page are your user statistics. Your EXP points says this:

Exp. Points: 10 / 20

This means that you have 10 EXP, and you need 20 to get to the next level. There's a page with all the levels and EXP requirements here.
