Need Flash Programmer

Hello, im new here and in i have search in others pages actions script codes but im bad for be a programmer (XD)... Well... i searchin' a programmer to make a Flash Platform-Action game..
The characters are x, zero and magma dragoon (you can choose 1)who can make incredibles combos and powerfulls attacks and fight against sigma...

The game have 10 bosses...
You can unlock too:
If you beat the game with any character in Normal: Unlock Hard Mode

If you beat the game with X: In Easy: Unlock X Flying Armor
In Normal: Unlock X Ultimate Armor
In Hard: Unlock X Enigma Armor

If you beat the game with Zero: In Easy: Unlock Black Zero Armor
In Normal: Unlock Angel Zero Armor
In Hard: Unlock Zero Enigma Armor

If you beat the game with Magma Dragoon: In Easy: Unlock Magma Dragoon Silver Armor
In Normal: Unlock Magma Dragoon Dark Armor
In Hard: Unlock Magma Dragoon Gold Armor

If you beat the game with all characters in easy: Unlock Sigma Body 1
in normal: Unlock Sigma Body 2
in hard: Unlock Emperor Sigma

No. It's not.

Art examples are needed, as well as detailed descriptions of what sort of game you want, not just:
"I have this idea for this game, it's awesome with characters who do awesome combos and stuff and you unlock stuff." What version of Flash are you using? Do you want it coded in AS2 or AS3? Most importantly, what does the programmer get out of this? Cash is usually needed.

Well i have read Hoeloe's comment and he is right...
Well i have flash 8 professional (AS2)... i did'nt have cash for a while...
The scripts tutorials who i have saw, are bad explained and that's the reason that im searchin a programmer... well i can not give cash but can ask me anything i can give him...
Yes, i know i look like a stingy but i don't have cash for a while...

If the game is good, you can get it sponsored and split the revenue, by cash he didn't mean you paying him directly (unless you want to).
