Well when I was in deviantart I saw this artist that lots of cool pokemon arts (Fusion and Infected series). So I was inspired to start my own series.

********

This is my first Pokemon Art. And It is simply that this is a fanart, with some of my imagination into it. I had watermark it with the site I put most of my arts.

Title: Bio-Mech Lucario vs. Lucario
___________________

It way in the future in the World of Pokemon. Mostly all pokemon went instinct because of this robo-lucario mark 5 (renamed: Bio-Mech Lucario). Built by team rocket as a capture bot, but it got a virus and it became a killer bot. This machine is both mechanicle and biological. It has lucario DNA. So it can cast Aura sphere.

The robot uses 5 pokemon moves: Aura Sphere, Bone Crush, Blizzard, Fire Blast, Thunder.

It also has extendable and deadly Steel tail, and Steel Hair (I don't know what it is called.)

My second image of Bio-Mech Lucario and of Bio-Mech Series . Made it as a logo, some people said that it would be cool if I made a flash of it. But I don't got the time, money, program, and talent to do so.

you know I'm really not feeling this thread
Half of it seems like pokemon versions of mech sonic,
your second piece looks like a traced version of the other half,
and the last one is so low quality, the line work looks like a piece of yarn.
To add the cherry on top, out of all three pictures not a single one matches in style, quality, colors, anatomy, or lighting.

Sorry but just not feeling it.

The second one is pretty obviously just an image photoshopped and poorly cropped.
The other 3 are pretty low quality, and the last one suicune I think, looks REALLY traced
Not my cup of tea so far.

... Well I tried my best. And even though it could be like Mecha Sonic. It wasn't made as a parody for mecha sonic. I made it as some of my first digital art too. Plus in this forum, I had to reduce some quality as they were bigger and in jpg. (except for the second Image)

I don't got a pad, so I used my mouse to create these arts.

With Subject like these, it's best to focus on jokes and funny stuff.
Worry about quality, not quantity.
Work on something that sets your art apart.
and look up a few tutorials on drawing mechanical creatures. This way they won't look so much like Mech Sonic.

Has pencil and paper just been forsaken for out generation of artists?
Digital art is not not better than traditional, in any way, shape, or form. ESPECIALLY if you are using a mouse, and ESPECIALLY is you are using that mouse as an escuse for poor quality, know better if you dont have a tablet, use paper.

you know, I love how you always tend to go off when people make excuses :P it's an amusing trait.
but yes it seems that the next generation of artist have forgotten the ol pencil and paper.
or It might be a lack of formal training or exposure to technology, but either way it is sad times we live in...

There probably I proverb or something for some people make excuses, some people act, or make results or something, I don't know.
But what I fucking hate, are excuses, I used to make excuses for everything, not doing homework, not drawing things, not doing anything. Instead of shit excuses, just say no, or I haven't tried or something. I'm an incredibly lazy guy, and if I don't do something, it's cause I'm lazy, I didn't have to go to the store, my tablet didn't break down, I just didn't.

I can understand those things I listed are fairly reasonable things for reasons not to draw, however when people blame quality on something totally, totally in their control, I call bullshit.

Well what I could tell you, they are my own designs, I didn't have Mecha Sonic designs in mind. Not only that This Is my 1st stage of my digital robotic arts. my 2nd stage is 3D.

No not all have been forsaken, I still use my pencil for arts. But I have to practice both my traditionnal skills and my digital skills. The the 2 last arts (Mewtwo and Suicune), are made in traditionnal, then scanned, and then made in digital. I really never bother with shades even in traditionnal.

Well I though to make my arts full color, and it becomes troublesome when I don't have the time. If I get the time, I will slow down and start shading again. I stopped making shades a couple years ago, because I was overwelm by searching for a job in a school year.

If you fon't have time then find time. Lack of time is a poor excuse.
