If the mouse is moving too fast then you can always turn the speed setting down, but a mouse, like any other tool is something you have to learn to use, it takes time, patients, practice, and all of those again and again.

I went ahead and messed with the hair some more so you can see some of the other areas you should flesh out

Took a whack at where I thought you might go with it. I tried to incorporate the simplicity that the face has in the hair.
