Today on the bus on the way home this kid who sits next to me starts waving at this creepy guy in the car behind us. Some other people started waving to so i turned around and sat in the back seat and waved at the guy. He was really creepy looking but thats not the point. Anyway he gave me the finger. So I returned the favor. Then this creepy guy gives me the "im watching you" signal and when my bus turns away he starts following us. At this point me and some of my friends start getting a little nervous. then it gets worse. He follows my bus into my neighborhood. At this point he pulls his car up next to the bus and says something at the bus driver. From the back I can hear her asking which side the kid was on. He then pulls away and our bus keeps going. At my stop the driver stops everyone and asked which one of us gave that guy the finger. I immediately fessed up to it because i dont want her getting mad at everyone else for something that they didnt do. My friends thank me for telling the ruth but the driver says "Im sorry but im going to have to write you up" I say ok but ive never been written up before. Im probably going to get a day of ISD but i dont know.
Now the bigger problem. Telling my parents. They always expect me to do the right thing and i usually do but i think i should still have to tell them because the school is going to call my house anyway. Technically i shouldn't be getting in trouble anyway because when I waved to the guy he gave me the finger first. Anyway, what do you guys think i should do?

Your story is kind of boring, sorry. That's everyday happenings. Now if you waved at a guy, he gave you the finger, you gave it back, and then he pulled out a weapon and starting firing madly in revenge, then that's a story worth posting (Run-On sentence FTW).

You have to teach yourself how to forget that guilty feeling you get when you know you're doing something wrong. You may not have had any idea what you did and just saw what he did and mimicked it. So what you say to the bus driver in that situation is, "Well, he made some sort of gesture so I mockingly returned it."

Lol this reminds me of a story back in middle school. Me and my friends were idiots, we did alot of stupid stuff on the back of the bus. One day he pulls out a handfull of change. We dared him to throw it at cars when the bus starts moving. Right after the bus starts moving. He slid down the window and threw a bunch of change at a car with an open window. We were watching every second when we saw the change fly at his face and lap. He follows us on the side and points out to the bus driver to stop the bus. Long story short, he gets in trouble, and the guy wasnt happy. LOL
1. you gota watch the launguage that you put out to the world.. verbal and non...
2. if someon gives you the finger... you should go all out and moon the bastard or bitch. but only if they start it off.
3. if they want to escalate it, dont give them the satisfaction and turn away.
4. if they do what that person does. then ask them out loud what they are going to do. they were rude first and they were trolling a young person who doesn't know any better. they were teaching young children that it is OK to send those kind of messages. and that they are currently stalking a child. weather they were rude or not. that's a criminal offense. and the parents would want the chile to be safe.
5. if you really want to get into it.... and laugh at the person not being able to do anything about you at ALL, go up to the bus driver and tell her or him that your moms ex boyfriend is currently chasing the bus. and that you would think that they are currently looking for you. the bus driver wont let that person on, will have t by law protect you. and best of all wont talk to the person directly, because there could be danger.
you do that and you can return to your seat and just laugh and finger or moon all you want at the person.
