this weeks topic comes courtesy of a canadian ninja

the topic is shadow lurker

very vague

Art rules
- no ms paint
- humanoid creatures only (arms legs hands etc)

for this chow this rule is looser

- make it based on my loose description
- no other creatures unless they are the secondary focus of the piece
- only one finished piece per person
- wips can be posted in this thread
- post in this thread with the finished piece and a link to a bigger version if necessary
- create new art dont post old work
- character must be relevant to the topic
- take time, terrible art wont be accepted to voting
- feel free to make descriptions and/or backstories

can anyone else make out what that is, im not being mean, i dont want a repeat of last week but, the threads only been up an hour, thats not really enough time to make a quality piece, spend more time, and make sure the character is visible, i know you zane your capable of some good work, dont let me down

It's faster, but I have to head off into the unknown to get access to it. Also, that means I'm not in my room and I don't have my bed or fridge by me. Also, I have to lug my computer stuff around with me.

I was looking threw a comic earlier, and I just happened to see a picture of a Sock Monkey and it just seemed to click.
I was aiming for a Noir type of style, although I think I missed the mark just a tad, but I hope it gets the creep across like I wanted.

yeah the lack of humanoid character does somewhat present a problem, but the sock monkey proportions could be pretty closely considered humanoid o.0....
at the same time, it could be very easily considered not.
Lets leave it up to a vote by the users whether to allow it in or not.
