eating nothing but fast food isnt a good thing, it'll make it harder for you by not only making you fatter, but it will make it so that you have a hard time breathing (kinda like asma), and then it will give you a heart attack and theres a HIGH CHANCE of you dieing from the heart attack

So start eating more healthy stuff.
Many fast foods have saturated fats in them, they clog your arteries making your heart pump blood slower to throughout your body. I suggest a good alternative and/or a decloggifier
Maybe it's time to stop eating fast food, because eventually it will kill you and I don't want to lose a friend. Besides it gives you something to work towards now.

Wrong. You should run 1 mile every OTHER day. This prevents the muscle from having small tares that build up.

Many of the people that have posted here have posted time trusted facts. However they seem to have left out an important detail. My friend, your body is a very complex thing, you know, and in knowing this you have to understand that it needs many things to continue to work. Your body needs many many many minerals, vitamins, proteins, fats, ect to work. Fast food gives little of these. So sure you could eat some salad or work out but those things won't do the trick alone. You need to eat properly to FEED your body and you need to work to keep your body in shape.
If you honestly do not know how to eat, I suggest that you go to an expert. They WILL help you learn how to eat.
The pain is also a sign that you have to do something...find that specialist.
Failure should push you until success can pull you.

Don't fucking eat salad, you're not your mom. Eat meat. Not deep-fried, oil-full meat, but, dry stakes or tenderish meat. That should taste good and get the carbohydrates going on.

There are many foods out there to taste some which sound disgusting can be very unique in taste, I for one love stir-fry but what makes eating fun isn't about how the food tastes, but more of taking the time to cook it yourself. Besides after learning how Mc Donalds makes their chicken nuggets you decide maybe it's time to start eating healthier. It's ok to occasionally go out and enjoy a whopper or angus from Burgerking, but too much will eventually get to you. I'm more than worried as of now because my grandpa told me that an unusaul burning near the heart and difficulty to breathe is a sign of clogged ateries and veins, which is the main cause to a heart attack.
It's your choice what you want to do, but at this point all I can do is as a friend is give you advice on why you should take it easy on fast food. The rest is up to you.
