It's pretty good for a start.. Obviously very rough, but still. I wouldn't say it's that imaginative though.. and without the details anyway just pretty easy to replicate..

But it's a good start.

Hmm, it's a bit bland, but I think it's because it stays still during the morph. It's flying through the air, so add some turbulence or make it wobble a bit?
Is it me or is it a bit slow, even when fully loaded?

Think the wings should keep flapping for one or two more times, makes it feel a bit smoother so that it ain't a bird on one frame and on the next is a dead object.

looking good :) but it seems a bit too rough, even for a sketch. You should also try adding a bit more motion to the flapping.

yeah : )
i found out if i dont do it super rough than a start to obsess about how it looks and no work gets done.

so super sloppy is actaully a good thing for me.
