Nice mask, maybe make other versions of the mask, and someone said earlier it looks flat so give it abit of life

That doesn't prove anything, toons can still have depth and values.

No shading is all well and good, but if you throw an unshaded still image at me and say it isn't shaded because it's cartooney, RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGE....It's depressing how often I hear this excuse. Is cartooning just an excuse to be lazy? If so, I'v sure as hell been doing it wrong for a while now...

wrong thing to say, I tried that when I first got here and learned what everyone else is learning you.
Anywho, Without saying what has already been said; it could use a background and maybe give the horns some color, like an off white or something.

Nice there on taking the advice, hope to see a finished version sometime soon, but with that said keep on showing us art , masks and whatnot
