Hello,
I'm kinda new here, with this account anyways, although I have been around on Newgrounds since about 2004 but just watching videos once in awhile. Anyways! The question I have, is what programs are good to use to make flash animations? or, What are some bad ones I shouldn't use. Or is there only one we can use for this site? I do draw and paint a lot, and really enjoy it, and will be going to art school this year. I Think getting into animating might be fun. If you could give me your feedback on this, it would be greatly apprectiated.
Thank you.

For creating Flash animations, I would say the best choice would be Adobe Flash, however it can be quite expensive. Getting the student version can knock the price down to about $250. There are plenty of free alternatives to Flash as well.
