It's not a raffle(though I don't know how the lottery works in other countries, I'll admit); There are 'instant win' lottery cards that range from $1-$20 dollars. The $1 ones tend to have prizes up to $9,999(their gimmicky like that), the $2 ones up to around $25,000, I'm not sure about the $3-10 ones, and the $20 ones have prizes around $20,000,000, or "Set for life" offers, where they send you a big-ass check every year for the rest of your life.
