Any Good Advice

Just need some advice i use pencil Generally and wouldn't mind some quick tips or something

I'd suggest you study how your hands looks and sketch that out a few times and when you feel comfortable practice that pose in from of a mirror and try drawing it. I say this because the fingers look really messed up they look like if they are broken or she has some kind of disorder.

The image quality (clarity) doesn't look too great. As well, the hand initially looks like it only has 4 fingers, one of which (ring finger) is bending in a way that looks like it would be painful.

Actually the hand looks quite good. The thumb is bend back behind the palm, which probably makes it look weir to you. There is a bit too much space between the ring finger and the pinky though.

I cant really help you much otherwise, I have never used pencil for any artistic endeavour other than scetching.

define the outlines would be my advice, otherwise, looking good :D
