Ok first off i'd recommend you upload a bigger sized picture so everyone can see it more clearly.
Currently this just seems like a doodle to me, i'm not seeing any theme. A lot of the various elements seem sort of unrelated. Thus I can't really think of much to critique other than you're style, and i'll wair for you to upload a bigger picture before I do that.
I think what you have is good though, I just think that you should think you're next one out a little bit before posting. I've done something vaugley similar. You can see it here if you want
