Adapting the Frame Rate 2010-02-28 15:42:11 Reply

I'm making my second flash animation (YAY) and I want to use my logo sequence animation after my loading screen. Problem is that my previous flash and the logo sequence are both 12 FPS. I'm having a whack at my second flash in 24 fps. When I import the logo animation the frame rate difference creates obvious speed problems. I've tried pasting frames from my previous flash as well as importing the swf file of the logo animation and neither of them work (in fact, the latter just gives me a white screen).

Is there a way I can import the logo animation so that it adapts to the frame rate?

Wait what?
You have an animation with a different speed that you import...in another file? But the original file is different? And the file you're working on can't change it's frame rate?

Add more frames to the logo animation? Like use doubles or something...I don't know what you mean so yeh

Just use 2 frames at 24FPS to adapt to the 12FPS one.

I could change the frame rate if I want to, but I want to test animating in 24FPS. The animation I want to import runs at 12 FPS.

Why not just add frams to it with F5
