Apparently, the appendix was 'god's little mishap' and genetics 'exist, but have nothing to do with evolution'.

I do believe in evolution, but it has not been fully proven, or else it wouldn't be the Theory of Evolution, it would be the Law of Evolution. Yes, Evolution does exist. It is obvious because Evolution is a big word for Adaptation.

Because only a certain population of them evolved. When a species begins to evolve, they are thrown out of their own herd or group because mutations cause rejection because it is considered weak.

You can't compare gravity and evolution. Gravity is a physical force, evolution is a biological process.

You can test gravity rather easily. Evolution is a slow process that takes many many generations and really only occurs if there is a need for it to occur. You'd need to set up science experiments over the course of multiple human lifetimes to obtain significant results.

Also to be technical the law for gravity is Newtons law of gravitation, but the modern view of gravity stems from Einstein's THEORY of general relativity.

No it doesn't; it just doesn't mention them. You could say it talks about life being created in 7 days, but everyone (excluding creationists) knows that it's actually very vague about everything's time span. Didn't you notice Jesus was fasting in the desert for 40 days? Since he was able to die eventually, he should've died there if it was really that long. And isn't it odd that the Israelites wandered for exactly 40 years in the desert before finding the promised land? Isn't it more likely that the writers kept using numbers like 7, 12, and 40 throughout the Bible because people back then wanted some explanation other than "a long time?" You could only say the Bible denies dinosaurs' existence and evolution if you're foolish enough to take every story word for word, when we obviously weren't intended to do so.
