i have been trying to upload art and it keep on saying (pic below)
i have tryed 3 or 4 times and with different art i have made and i get the same thing
i have one piece art my art on NG and i uploaded on the same computer
plezz help and thx

It might be a problem with your computer. Is the hard drive still intact? Has it been able to upload and download other things in recent memory?

I am new here and have also been having exactly the same problem as the OP. I was about to thread this issue myself but found this.
Same error message after 6 attempts and 4 different file extensions.

One of our comrades in the art area has helped me out. It seems NG doesn't work so well with IE browsers so I switched to Chrome and the uploads now work.
