Art Portal Problem

I just got a Wacom Tablet last month and I wanted to submit one of my new drawings to the Art Prtal. Whenever I try to upload one in the file box part it say "C:\fakepath\nameofpicture.gif" when it should say just "nameofpicture.gif". The first time I saw this I ignored it but when I preesed the submit button, it sayed that they lost my file and that I should upload it again. I did and it said that the webpage was not found. Does anyone know how I can fix this or something?

Errors with submitting to the Art Portal appear to have been occurring with Internet Explorer users. I suggest switching to a different web browser, such as Firefox or Google Chrome.
