Perverted Music Video w/game refs?

I saw on newgrounds (or potentially somewhere else) this cute pixelated-style music video that went something like this:

Some wario-looking lecherous guy is riding in a truck along the highway. Suddenly this hot girl in a Porsche drives by and he looks down her dress. He picks up a "powerup" for an elongated tongue and she has her dog poop on it; they go into a bar and this lech fights a strong guy and ends up riding him (while screwing him) before he gets to a city where he uses some dig dug pump to become 100ft tall so he can grab the girl. Then SHE becomes so tall she stands above the earth like it's a small planet to her; then the pervert drives an airplane through her digestive system, she gets small again, and he gets another powerup that makes his dick big, and fucks the girl to death with the dick.

WHERE THE HELL DID I FIND THIS THING? That's what I wish to know.

Yes I know what you are talking about there was a thread on General I think about this, I think it had a link to youtube which was this video of this "game" But I can't recall the name of the thread.
It was a great laugh though.
