My hands have been shaky for years now, but over the past week, the shaking has gotten even worse. Whenever i write, its like i tried to write in an earthquake, asnd playing jenga is impossible, but i don't remember having any injuries. Does anyone here know why my hands are so shaky? And if there's any way i can reduce the shaking?
