My art

hi. I'm not really new here in newgrounds.
But I'm basically months old here in the forums. XD
I've seen many threads showing their artworks, and I would like to show some of mine too.
I've joined the NDC 2010 collab (and unfortunately, none of my entries were approved. but i'm still submitting some entries, hoping to be approved. XD)
I'm not good in digital art, because it's very hard to draw using a mouse.
And my first digital arts were submitted in NDC. Which were not approved. O.O
I love drawing in paper. Oil pastel is my specialty.
Feel free to criticize my work, because I think that it would make me a better artist. :)
I'm nervous though. :(

Dont worry too much about not getting accepted in the NDC, theyre being very strict this time around. I think you can also submit traditional media though, you should look it up.

This painting reminds me of those 70ties infographics, Mostly the style of the person I think. Both your drawings seem okay, but a bit dull. They dont really have a lot of energy.
I think you should try working without the lineart... it doesnt really seem to work with oilpastels

yeah. i agree. they're strict. :) but at least, i know what to improve, er, on the digital art i mean.

Moreso to the second one... the lines make it all really static.
I like the bold straight lines you use on the characters.
