It says it doesn't work on Chrome for me, but it does! Maybe try again? I dunno D:

Anyways, everyone, if you make a tinychat profile, post your username here so I can mod you, because it's more convoluted than Stickam.

testobject, but I always log in as a guest for some reason.

Why is everyone making a tinychat room?
When aigis wasn't online yesterday, the room was still available.....

wait, what happened to stickam?

You are not a beautiful and unique snowflake. You are the same decaying organic matter as everyone else.

They're not saying. Stickam closed effectively overnight, and outside of a short meaningless statement have declined to comment on what caused it. Nobody knows, and there's been quite a bit of contention from the core audience over that.

This was just after the introduction of the paid "VIP" service too.

Also, if you are going to stick with TinyChat, I will purchase the iOS app. Let me know, so I don't waste precious 1,79â'¬ on it for nothing.

Fairly sure the tinychat app has the same parameters as the Stickam one did; that is, rooms are local to the iOS and can't interract with rooms established on the host site.

An alternative, the one I use, is the Puffin flash browser application, which is buttfuck useless for anything that isn't a chatroom but works pretty well in that context.

I looked into it and you are right. That sucks. Thanks for the heads up though.

Oh I remember that you told me about it, didn't remember the app's name though. Thanks.

I've been getting this page all day:

"The page you are looking for is currently unavailable
Try again in a few minutes."

Anyone else have the same thing?

Fucking hell no, never. More like gonorrhea+. Was forced to sign up for some G+ thing with one account of mine and its made the thing a burning festering pain that I loathe even having to log into because its flooded with pus filled ads and notifications and shit relating to the crap i didnt want in the first place. And its impossible to get rid of now.

you know....aigis's chat rarely had more than like 15 people on at once, i think skype will be fine for most purposes. those "300" members or whatever were never all on at once.

As i understand it, you can only have 2 people camming with each other on Skype unless someone in the room is willing to pay a monthly fee, in which case you can get up to ten. Not ideal.

Well, for the past few days that I've seen, Tinychat seems to be working for most people and save for a usual dead time, I've been finding people in it. You don't even need to sign up for anything unless you want to be a mod. The official link to it is RIGHT HERE. Sorry that it's not Stickam, but Stickam died, so we'll have to make do until something better comes along.

Dear people,

You wouldn't let a stranger into your house. Please Identify yourself when you use tinychat. If you don't, kicks willbe dealt to asses.

Apparently they don't end automatically, but someone has to unban you.

Which has happened by now.

Not really, my only preference for a chat is that it's functioning and stickam didn't offer that for me long before it shut down.

i dont see how google+ is such a big issue?...
it works, there basicly no ad's and has no problems... also i don't think it will be shutting down any time soon...

angry faic mode on

and if your going to go on about the "but blah blah blah i don't want an account"

what about some other chatroomsite?... your are going to make an account there! what's the difference!?!?!

Well i don't want an account on some random website, I never use google+ apart from hangouts, just because i have an account doesn't mean i need to log into it daily and do what ever the hell you do on it.

You don't need an account for Tinychat.
G+ will never let you fully get rid of your account.

Choice has been made.

Just found out that Stickam is dead. I didn't realise that websites as established as Stickam could just die like that. Makes me wonder if they'll ever be a day when Newgrounds ceases to be.

Considering tom actually communicates with his community really well, if it did happen, we'd know more than 2 days prior.

They don't really die as much as get killed off. Very established sites don't necessarily need to be profitable - and I'm pretty sure that that is an issue for newgrounds as well. That supporter system isn't there to give Tom an extra holiday.
