There are a bunch of things that you should consider improving, first, the way he loops is really weird and unnatural, it seems like he has a spastic attack. Try having your first frame also be your last one, that way it should loop smoother. The way in which he moves is also very unrealistic, remember that most humans balance their weight around when walking a bit, exaggerating it a bit is a good idea specially since you are working with a character who seems so tall. Tweens are really meant to make an animated symbol to go from point 1 to point 2, not to animate an action, if you want to animate a proper walk cycle, you're gonna have to do most of it FBF. You could technically use tweens to animate a couple of small movements that don't have that momentum to them, but keep in mind that with most movements, perspective and foreshortening takes place, so tweening looks really ugly.

Well, as the previous user said.
You may want to consider fixing his legs and feet first of all...It looks like a walk/run/jump.
If you want a smooth walk, dont try and rush it...Transition from your character standing
Stand.
Then lift up the leg a little bit{you dont have to show the sign of his leg being lifted, it will be visible at the next movement}
Put a little ''Umph'' in his feet, have his legs in a sort of sideway V...should sorta look like this.

{Lol Stick figyur exsamples}
Then his feet should be transitioning from there.
After a few other FBF Movements it should come to a point where the feet look like this

Somewhat....But I reccomend you get a look at a Stick Figure FBF movement, and learn from that before fulling converting and drawing your character and whatnot.
No, Need to rush.

Google walk cycles. This is a pretty good example

try to do that EXACTLY! THENNNN do your own. you have to make sure you understand it before trying to make your own kind of walk.

Apart from the bizarre choppiness of it (yes, you should be doing a walk cycle frame by frame, otherwise chances are it will look off), it also has no weight. The character's feet don't look like they're even touching the ground, rather they're just sliding above it. Our feet bend and straighten as we walk. Watch somebody walking and you'll see what I mean.
Furthermore, I'd recommend improving the bob in this guy's walk. Having his head and body occasionally pop up without coordinating it looks strange. If you want to tween, it's more useful in a situation like this where his upper body should just be moving up and down. Try putting all of the features of his upper body in a symbol and tweening it up and down (and use some easing to make it look more natural).
You should also FBF the arms, as just having them switch from one position to the next while tweening them is certainly making things more choppy and unnatural. If you really insist on tweening it, then separate the upper and lower arm, put them within a symbol and tween them seperately, but I'd highly recommend just sucking it up and animating it frame by frame.
Anyway, good luck to ya.
