I think the jump needs some more work it's too stiff or something, not natural

The tweens are acceptable, as you are animating a robot composed of metallic pieces, so they don't bend or anything like that, although the running loop should have his torso flail for right to left and viceversa a bit more, as that would add to the motion.
Also work on your timing, your characters don't seem like they have much weight.

I agree, work on timing, I also think they should be faster. And the jump is very stiff and it just loops without him coming down, it's incomplete.

Even robots dont magically float their components around , ease him up and add some weight
MOre importantly however is your body separation , youre really telling me that if you were going to blast a powerful weapon and you were a top heavy robot youd just stand still and raise youre arm ? get his legs moving into position with some recoil on shot or somthing
