I don't want to be a smartass. But if I recall, on the newer pokemon games there is a actually gadget that shows the proportions of the pokemon towards the trainer. Even weight if I remember correct.

I wasnt actually using the pokedex, i was using an online one.

There are two folds in his cape (I'm assuming it's a cape) which one could mistake for contours of breasts.

Im still not seeing any resemblance of breasts at all lol. Because y'know the creases are where his arms would be.

Anyway yeah it's sort of a cape that doubles up as a shirt. It's confusing. Basically it does have sleeves but you can't actually see them in this picture because you can't. Idk he has a weird costume.

On this drawing and the one before it, your shading doesn't reflect the musculature of the animals. You don't need to make them extremely muscular, but if you're going to shade, then it should represent the depressions, bumps and shadows made by the different muscles and features. It also doesn't represent any direction of light, especially on the most recent one.

On this drawing the folds of the cloth don't fall naturally. Consider using a reference. Also, the minimal shading that's only on the edges of the face makes it look too geometric. And again, direction of light isn't represented.
