Animation request?(is this allowed)

So here I am, I'm asking for an intro animation. I'm not sure I'm allowed to do this and if not please just delete this thread.

Here's how I want it done:
Different Cogs/Gears in a line all spinning together, start off zoomed at the two in the middle with the closest to the left higher and larger than the one closest to the right, both with reasonable sized holes in them suitable to fit the letters A in the one on the left and I in the one on the right. I'd like it to zoom out with the cogs turning each other all the time and nuts and bolts jumping around the place with smoke and such. All of this on a steel plated background.

Please if anyone has any spare time to do this I'd be thankful unfortunately I cannot offer anything in return other than your enjoyment if you get any.

I'd like it for my youtube channel. I was going to start uploading videos during my half term break and It would be nice to have an intro. The creator would get full credit for it if that helps you decide.
