Hey!
When working with CS3, or Flash 8 or any of the older program, i would quite often tween an object, and at the end of my tween, i'd create a new keyframe, break the symbol apart and make some slight adjustments. For example, to animate a bird landing, i would tween the bird right up to it touching the ground, and then i would stop the tweening, break it apart and do some frame by frame animating.
So im just trying to get used to the CS4 tweens, and im not sure what the best way to do this type of thing would be. Ive been trying but i cant get it to just insert a regular keyframe and break the symbol apart, and my only option seems to be to insert blank keyframes and insert the symbol again and break it apart, which seems clumsy.
Any suggestions to how this could be done more effectively?

1. you don't need to make a keyframe, move stuff and the keyframe is made automatically
2. press F6 if you really want to make the keyframe manually.
seriously, its even easier than in flash 8

Yes, I know. But i cant break apart symbols in my new keyframes.
So if I do want to use all the nifty sides of the new cool tweens, but still be able to break them apart, can it be done?

right click your tween and press "convert to frame by frame animation"
