Anyone here watch Gantz? (Anime)

Recently I saw an anime that looked really interesting. It is called "Gantz". Basically, this guy dies and ends up waking inside of a room filled with people. The room contains around 10 people, a large black orb, and a dog. The orb materalizes people into the room when they die. I am not going to say who exactly, or why, or give any of that plot and info away!

Anyway, I immediatly fell in love with the series. I am digging the graphics and the awesome plot. I love the voice acting, some of it is quite incredible. There is a lot of violence which is neat haha, and the anime did one hell of a job in character development. I can already tell the basic character of each one, and they are all very sadistic but some are just cimple and nice, some are dperessed, some are good in heart but not on the outisde, some are heros, its preety cool!

Just watched the first episode, looks pretty interesting. I'll probably go through and watch all of it, thanks for the tip.

Main characters dubbed voice is kind of annoying though, might try and find an english subbed version.

Some of them are yeah, like the main characters dubs when he isnt even talking sometimes. most of the time he is thinking to himself anyway, but sometimes when he talkes his mouth doesnt even move haha.

The girl voice acting for the rape scene was incredible, if that doesnt sound creepy enough. I just was introduced to this series myself and am hoping to get some good entertainment from it.

I felt like I wasted several hours of my life, but it was a cool premise...

Err... by the way I probably should mention that this anime is strictly to be viewed by those who are 17 or older. It contains sex and nudity and a whole load of violence. :/

It was a series with a lot of potential but I thought the final ending was kind of rushed and left a lot of loose ends and unanswered questions.

Also, some of the best characters were killed off, which, while it was in keeping with the harsh feel of the story, still sucks.

Gantz was great. The inner dialogue of the main was absolutely perfect, and it's nice to see an anime where the hero isn't a complete saint. The manga's still ongoing, I heard.
