My sister wants to make flashes but I looked on adobe's website and the latest version of flash is...700 dollars...crap
I can't see ANYBODY paying $700 just to make cartoons for the internet so is there an older/cheaper version of flash? Is there a cheaper animation program? Please include links on where to download them

I know some stores sell that anime studio. Pretty cheap too, like $50. Google it, I am too lazy to provide links that can be searched in 2 seconds.
