Marvel vs capcom Super background?

Every time somebody does a super art, there is some sort of dimensional background with their portrait in the center that appears on the screen. What I want to know is: does anyone know how to make that effect or where to get it?

Combine After Effects and Flash...You can easily achieve that effect in after effects if your not capable of animating it yourself. But chances are if you add in special effects from AE than your file will be too hugh to add to newgrounds and you'll hafe to just upload it to youtube or something...

you don't need after effects at all.
Its just a image that is behind them,
You can do it with layers.
have a layer for the ground.
a layer for the characters.
a layer for the background.
now a layer or two for effects.
now add that or what ever image you want to pop up on a layer between the characters and background.

Doesn't even have to be a image, you can do a animation or what ever there.

and if you really want that effect try adding a layer for lighting and another BG when it happens.
