Every single one of the Grudge Movies. From Juon-The Grudge 1-3 to the American Grudge 1-4 every single one gives me nightmares.

If you like Zomedies you should check out shit like Doghouse, Shaun of the Dead, Zombieland, Zombies of Mass Destruction and Last of the Living.

The People Under the Stairs is awesome, not a scary horror movie, but it's really good and entertaining. And no Friday the 13th or Nightmare on Elm Street?
