5. Azula from "Avatar: The Last Airbender
This chick has absolutely no heart, she is just a bitch, trying to kill her family, constantly being an annoying pampered princess bitch. However I'm going to put her low on this small list due to her being just power hungry, not to mention her psyche is off (that means she's crazy) so what all she's doing some of it can be accountable for her mental illness.

4. Sarah from "Ed, Edd, N Eddy"
When it comes down to screaming little girl, this one fits the bill. Being the obnoxious little sister she is is one thing, but to make other's lives living hell is another. I would put Eddy here for being the complete jerk he is from time to time and I guess Kevin could possibly go here for being the cool jerk, but then again that's why we like Eddy and Kevin, we love to hate them and hate to love them. However as much of a bitch as Sarah is, I'm afraid she has to be low on this list as well, her main problem is her temper.

3. Fanboy and Chum Chum from "Fanboy and Chum Chum"
When it comes to what Nickelodeon has been spewing out, I don't mind the whole "Back at the Barnyard" and "Penguins of Madagascar" they certainly have their moments. Also "The Mighty B" is actually a well put together mind-fuck that reminds me of the old "Ren and Stimpy" days. However this Fanboy and Chum Chum are probably the worst creations of all time. They are crude, vulgar, boring, and just flat out stupid, and that's saying a lot from the channel that brought you Ren and Stimpy and even that freaking Meat show whatever the hell it was called. I would explain it, but just go watch an episode and see for yourself.

2. Angelica Pickles from "Rugrats"
Okay so Azula was put low on the list because of her mental illness. Well what if she didn't have that mental illness? What if she wasn't looking for power but was just doing these things because she could? Well then you'd have Angelica C. Pickles from the show Rugrats. This girl's main goal for every single day in her life was to torture four small infants by lieing and tricking them. She'd steal from them, break their toys, and just well trick them and lie to them to get her way. The only downside to her is there is no purpose unless to get her own way.

1. Peggy Hill from "King of the Hill"
King of the Hill is my all time favorite TV show. I can watch it any time and every day. However there are times when I don't watch the show and that's when the episodes are revolved around Peggy. Granted Peggy does have her awesome moments and some funny lines, but other times she's just a bitch. For one thing she's a know it all... or at least she thinks she's a know it all. When she thinks she has all the answers everything fucks up and then she cries, Hank goes and fixes her spirit and thus Peggy triumphs. If you ask me... she probably shouldn't triumph. Whenever one of these Peggy episodes comes on, I just don't watch it... that's how much I hate her.

Also she thinks she's always right, even after she failed. And if she doesn't get her way... she just becomes a bitch about it. You know what I'll give you an example.

Peggy is about to cut Bobby's hair. If Bobby sits still, he gets chocolate milk. Hank decides that Bobby is too old for Peggy to be cutting his hair and that he can get his hair cut at a barber shop which excites Bobby... makes complete sense. Bobby tells Peggy that she can help pick out a hair style and they can talk over chocolate milk... completely understandable. However Peggy says Bobby is too old for chocolate milk, pours it down the drain and walks off. What a bitch!

Everything that postdates 04' is just crap. They try so damn hard to be funny (Adventure Time, FlapJack, Fanboy n' Chum Chum, others) or turn cartoons into something serious with no humor.(new Ben 10, Generator Rex, and I think a few others) I liked Cartoons because they were, I don't know, kind of Cartoony? But now it's like all I get is a show that's either too weird or not cartoonish enough. There use to be a middle ground but now I can't find it. For instance, in Tom and Jerry, Tom could hit an object to hard and then fracture into hundreds of pieces and then fall apart like a broken vase. But he still had a normal cat like anatomy, he was colored the way a lot of cats look like. He wasn't purple with loops for arms he was a normal cat that could do abnormal thing. It was like a normal show with cartoon physics. Even more recent than a show like that, like Ed,Edd, and Eddy, had more of a cartoony feel.

Definition of Good Cartoon in my Opinion:

A show that is based off of something that could logically happen with characters whose anatomies could be physically possible in real life. However, these characters should be able to have and posses Cartoon like physics at times in order to make the situation more hilarious. (birds floating over a dazed person, sound effects, changes in anatomy morphing to the particular situation, etc.) and of course a sensible story and plot and characters.

Quacker, from Tom & Jerry. You know, that duckling with the baby voice? He doesn't screw up as much as the gray mouse, but he is so annoying and emo. There's one episode where he tried to commit suicide -I was hoping he'd succeed - and Jerry had to save his ass.
