First flash help

I'm making my first flash, and i've barely started but i was just curious as to how everyone think i'm going to do. I attempted shading, so tell me what you think. I'm not aiming for the most graphically advanced piece of work ever, just something funny and short. Keep in mind i've BARELY started this, so please don't post saying it isn't long enough. I just want some tips on if my graphics are decent enough. I plan on keeping that quality throughout the whole movie.
