Where in this article do you see that porn is responsible for divorces?
Look, porn can be an addiction just like any other, drug, alcohol, gambling, computer. Any addiction can ruin a marriage. Porn in moderation isn't a bad thing. I had a perfectly healthy relationship with my fiancee and I watch porn all the time to jerk off. We sometimes even watched it together cause it would get her in the mood faster.
I'm sure many marriages end badly because of some type of addiction.
Awwwe ^^ your a good bf.
MEN follow his example!
Im not saying dont watch porn, however you are being hypocritical if your telling your gf how great she is and then you turn around and watch some naked sluts.... ya, that sends a clear msg *sarcastic eye roll*
On the other hand some couples like to watch porn together, have you and your gf tried it?
It depends on how addicted you are but I think you should just slowly stop watching it.
I hope everything works out for you!

There seems to be a lack of perception of the line here. A couple of things I'd like to point out on this delicate issue (This by no way means that you should change your views, I'm just trying to work out the why factor here.)
1) You're not actually being unfaithful - it's just people having meaningless sex for your pleasure and, if you're doing it right, at no cost to yourself. Everybody wins.
2) Where does this line stop? You could say that looking at a catalogue for lingerie is bad, because while the girls are modelling clothes that you may well want to buy for your other half, you may find that you somehow feel unfaithful as a result of trying to have a little fun.
3) Extrapolating this to the extreme, how does this affect your perception of certain art in galleries, sculptures of the Venus De Milo, for example, or the occasional nude scene in films or TV shows - would you find these offensive, as you would feel yourself attracted to other women?
It's just... Not right. I won't tell you that you shouldn't do it, but I DO know that I shouldn't.
Fair enough - a man's choice is his own and that just means more porn for the rest of us.
Wait, does it work like that?

Because you can watch as much or as little adult material on the net or DVD's or whatever it is your watching. Because you are more likely to stay home and not cheat and watching will more likely prevent you from going out and looking for the real deal. Which in your opinion is better.
Agreed...
Porn revents you from cheating on your lady, so you do yourself a favor by wanking it now and then. I myself haven't cheated on a woman yet or ever will, simply beacuse I have no need to get the real thing when I already have THAT and porn.
So stop torturing yourself and download some damn porn! Porn makes the world go round.. O_o
I sense distress, maybe it's just the voices again.

Sure it's a nice bonus, but that can't be the main reason why you fall in love. If two people truly love each other, then they can have sex with other people and not feel guilty about it to their better half.
This.
I'm not the kind of guy who watches pornographic videos, but I will admit I have made several visits to the Rule 34 website, if not because it is kind of fascinating in its disgustingness. Porn should be allowed because it's what so many people do, it's going to become like Probation or something and there will be protests and the like.

Many people say that porn prevents you from cheating. I disagree. My opinion is that porn IS cheating. And besides that, if I broke up with my girlfriend tomorrow, I'd still not watch. It's all a matter of what I think of porn. I've explained my thoughts, so I really see no need to reitterate them. But bottom line: I think porn is cheating. I just took a 3 hour car ride with her today, and I got much more satisfaction with her sleeping on my shoulder than I ever got with porn. So... Despite your views on how great it is, I'm not interested anymore. It's tempting sometimes, but still not worth it to me.
