Yes, I talk to myself a lot--that's because I often feel that there's no one else to talk to. Still, it helps me clear my mind and it's not something I'm ashamed of or anything, but I should probably learn to do it less in public because I still have a bad habit of doing that.

I wouldn't say that I talk to myslef. I do however shout/swear at myself a lot, especially at work. I get mental at myself for various silly things and feel the need to put me in my place :3

Myslef. I make that mistake all the time, but usually catch it. They should just change the word to that spelling.

Talking to yourself is totally normal, unless you answer yourself. I dont know why that is.

Meh, I make a lot of typos. If I stopped to check every single post I make, I wouldn't post so much, and even when I do check I never catch them D;

Every day of my life, I talk to myself. From the mundane day to day things, giving myself small lists of things to do, just to better organise my day all the way up to planning how an argument is going to pan out, playing myself through all eventualities bar the actual reaction that I actually get.

I don't think I'm abnormal for this. I just carry on regardless and if people make fun of me for it, that's their fault.

My girlfriend recently left me to go on tour with an acting job, and the house was so quiet I started talking to myself. I tried talking to the cats, but they don't really get it. GF's back now, but I still find myself playing out hyperthetical conversations to myself. I'll mumble for a bit then shout stop it! Stop it!

As a matter of fact, I did talk to myself frequently, but I don't find anything particularly wrong with that. I like to think that it's not so much talking to yourself as it is saying things. I talk to myself when I'm in the car alone or something, because I may be bored, and I like to hear the sound of my own voice. That seems pretty arrogant.

When I'm on my own I talk to myself, there's nobody around - so what's the point in keeping all your thoughts and feeling silent when you can hear yourself saying them? :D

I will tend to talk to myself if I have nobody else to talk to and if I'm alone - it passes the time rather nicely, if you ask me.
