I Feel Hollow.
And my limbs feel numb.
Winter has stripped me bare;
Cold has frozen my-
Stolid Heart
Let's let do-
Pay our respects.
Allow for none
To wash our fair leaves
And tear us limb from limb.
Help me God,
I wish to live.
Yet another uncertain year;
The fear I can bare
Just to breath summer air.
I am a tree.
And I cannot leave these roots;
I cannot leave this cancer.
My limbs are bare
And my hour glass has run dry.
Sick trees are sick.
They beg for water.
They beg for light.
And you just let them starve
Like the cancer in your heart.

It's good, I particularly like the perspective though a little depressing and sad, don't really get what's happening in the second Verse(?) Section(?). I find the title to be a little Redundant, yes a sick tree is indeed sick. Kinda makes me wonder if trees can get some sort of cancer.

Real life friend is real!
How I love him so.
Together we go and go;
yet, too, fall low and low --
he will be there, I simply know.
Lol

Sick Trees Are Sick is just me being pretentious and ironic. The title is just Sick Trees.

Nothing wrong with a play on words. I like the title.

It can be taken in any form. The poem itself is relating dying trees to cancer patients, lines regarding if I hope I will see another season refers to the unexpectedness of their lifespans. The final line "Like the cancer in your heart" is a euphemism for anyone who isn't moved by their death solely because I didn't effect them. Like when you here about a cancer patient dying, it never really hits you in the heart until its you or a loved one.

Like I said, it takes all form. The explanation above is my original intention.

I'm not that good anyways. Never a good idea to flood the forum with bad poetry.

Also, it's very hard to get a good opinion anyways. You either get the trolls(like me) or you get mindless "Nice poem dude," or "fuck you fag!"
Is there anyway to get a name change btw?
