ross is actually looks as built as his staff picture. i saw him at bob's holiday party last year. I think he was working starting up some startup company, i dont think he's at yahoo anymore.

Ross was the first person Tom hired when he incorporated Newgrounds as a business in 2000, five years after starting as a hobby. A brilliant programmer, Ross coded the original Grounds Gold user system and automated Flash Portal that serve as the backbone of NG.

After the dot com crash, Ross left Ng to pursue his life-long dream of becoming a school teacher and was eventually replaced by LilJim. After getting that out of his system, Ross came back to NG in 2006 and worked alongside Jim to program the current iteration of NG, launched in 2007.

He left again to work for Yahoo! in 2008.

I was there when he left for the second time, so I learned what he did for this website and forged a great amount of respect for him. He's certainly done more for Newgrounds than some of the NG staff.

Rob is cooler than Ross, so who cares.

I want him to come back, but what are we gonna do? Wave protest signs?

Poor Ross, Hardly anyone knows who he is. I've only heard what the Staff page had to say. It's a terrible fate, being banished to obscurity like that.

This sort of makes me wish I had signed up sooner, then maybe I would know what everyone is talking about.
