These two words pack so much intense fail into them that it pains me to even read them.
Rewritten from the staff page for yours - and everyone's - information.
Ross was the first person Tom hired when he incorporated Newgrounds as a business in 2000, five years after starting as a hobby. A brilliant programmer, Ross coded the original Grounds Gold user system and automated Flash Portal that serve as the backbone of NG.
After the dot com crash, Ross left Ng to pursue his life-long dream of becoming a school teacher and was eventually replaced by LilJim. After getting that out of his system, Ross came back to NG in 2006 and worked alongside Jim to program the current iteration of NG, launched in 2007.
He left again to work for Yahoo! in 2008.
I was there when he left for the second time, so I learned what he did for this website and forged a great amount of respect for him. He's certainly done more for Newgrounds than some of the NG staff.

Doesn't surprise me.. going from Newgrounds to Yahoo is too big of a change in my opinion, I bet all the Newgrounds staff get treated with equal respect whereas Yahoo is giant. Correct me if I'm wrong.
I want him to come back, but what are we gonna do? Wave protest signs?

He said "I'M A COP, YOU IDIOT" to which Johnny replied, "rosssss"
...Yeah, I don't think he's a cop.

I miss Ross, too. I originally signed up in '06, in case you were wondering.
This sort of makes me wish I had signed up sooner, then maybe I would know what everyone is talking about.
Shut up already.

Maybe. Something I don't know. Someone at the Headquarters must know where he is.
To make things random again.

He's in Hoboken, New Jersey, as his profile states. He's doing fine (or was when I last spoke to him, which wasn't so long ago).
