Well yeah I agree, 47 has so much more weapons in his arsenal, and has hand-to-hand combat experience. However, Spy can go invisible (or fake his death), and if he could just get behind 47 with his knife, 47 would be dead meat. I still think 47 would win though.

Unless Superman's degree of strength is amplified he will always lose to a Super Saiyan Goku

It'd be pretty close match, I think. Superman is quite smart so he could always take out Goku before/while he's powering up, instead of waiting around for him to finish like everyone else seems to.

Anyway, they would both come back to life somehow. Goku seems to do it every couple of episodes and superman seems to be able to do it with the minimum of fuss.

I think that Goku would probably be the victor in that, but as I have done research in more comic books, I think Superman would probably put up a better fight. I've heard that of all the different versions of Superman, some even have Superman going so far as to juggle planets, which I have never seen Goku do. I highly doubt Superman could beat Super Saiyan 3, but he could probably beat Super Saiyan 2 and definitley Super Saiyan at this level.
