I have never in my entire life heard the notion that Australia has been known for banning everything. If you were to make a joke like this, I suggest you do some more research, like find out the country that has the least freedom (which I think is North Korea). You could also use some really corrupt countries like Somalia (which is in fact the most corrupt place on Earth).

It's not that bad though most of the things that push games from MA to R and fucking stupid. For example, Fallout 3 was originally banned for drug use, so all they did was change morphene to Med-X which allowed the game to have an MA rating and hece be released in Aus.
