Sure. After all, it worked for Iraq, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Cuba, China, Nazi Germany and Soviet Russia.

So it's possible you have two climate scientists who both agree on everything regarding climate science but who have two different political allegiances for whatever reason.
Conservatives just have this history of resisting change, inquiry, free speech, honesty etc on top of promoting retarded bullshit like religion and coming across as straight-up morons.
Unfortunately that's true, and I'm a conservative. I find it funny though, I always get into political debates with my friends mom because of some things which sadly, a great deal of her arguments are true (if everyone recycled, then the world would be a better place, the internet as a business is a bad thing because it takes profit from small companies) but the problem I always feel is that such convenience as these make it a reason to step it up on technology and attempt to do these things with minimal help from the people.
and the only reason I say that is that 100 or 200 people making a change is hardly a scratch, because nobody cares about anything else other than theirselves. Which is a sad truth imho. Government is no exception and they run the whole country, which is why i dislike them. (Or maybe I'm just Mr negative who knows).

Coherent, I agree with everything you said. I've been saying for a while that maybe more intellectuals are liberal because it makes more sense. I mean, when intelligent people like college professors and scientists are mostly liberal, what does that suggest about your party?
Kopaka FTW.
I don't need a preacher or politician to tell me what to think. I have my own brain, thank you.

Sorry, I feel no further need to fuel your delusion that the IMMEDIATE aftermath is irrelevant, but 20 years later after milions of more things affected the landscape that Roe vs Wade was the defining factor.
Sorry, not impressed.
Joe Biden is not change. He's more of the same.

Have you ever considered that liberalism is more widely accepted by college proffesor and students because liberalism is simply more compatible with reality?
After all, liberals aren't the one claiming "God did it!"
1) Yes, it is, especially by college students. Its very easy for some students to think stuff should be handed to them since there parents are paying the bill for college(NOT all students, i myself have close family friends who were liberal and worked and shed sweat and tears to pay for college, and as for stuff being handed to them, im talking about the idea of healthcare, the goverment takes care of most everything, ideas like that.)
2)No, ofcourse liberals are not. However, not all conservatives do either. I try to stay in the middle where i can, but i most definetly have a conservative slant. I am a catholic and belive God has done a great many things. But i dont belive he does it all.
On a seperate topic relating to God, when i ask liberal kids in my school, what would Jesus do, they say "He would give them what they needed" ETC but, the real answer is the Jesus would teach them to fish/build/hunt ETC

I cannot imagine why Legalizing abortion would lead to an increase in crime rates. I can imagine that a reduction in the 'accidental ' population, which certainly would consist of those more LIKELY to commit crimes, would reduce crime.
But the problem with just pointing to statistics and saying that this proves that something is, from a utilitarian standpoint, right or wrong, ignores the fact that you cannot distill a single factor from a society, which is precisely why correlation does not equal causation.
Did crime rates fall 20% because lower unemployment? Aging population? changes in the legal code that made less petty things illegal? Changes in gun laws? Immigration? As WELL as abortion laws? or any combination of the above?
On a moving train there are no centrists, only radicals and reactionaries.
