Ahh, April Fools. The only thing that really reminded me of this holiday that I haven't celebrated since the second grade, was all the Kevin Bacon. Oh, Tom. You do something equally random each year. I remember 2008 was PoopGrounds, 2009 was what I called CommieGrounds, and this year, it's KevinBacon. Loved the slogan though, "Keven Bacon, by Kevin Bacon".

But now that it's over, yes, let's focus on the menu in our off-time. While we all wait for Flashfire's input, we should all come up with our own bright ideas. I think I can think of something.

Also, Spring Break starts now for me. And I missed 3 out of 46 questions on the Driving Permit test today. And I just booted up the old Resident Evil 1 Remake to play through again. Lovely.

First deadline was in 2009, so yes, a long time ago.

I might even release it before all the parts come in. I'm waiting on MasaAndMune, Gustavos and ikool. Any others I've pretty much given up on...

Weren't you working on one as well? Either way, anybody with an idea should put it forth. Visual aids are, of course, helpful.

Hey there everyone. I'm almost done with my part. Unfortunately I'm studying for my finals... It's gonna be a LONG two weeks........

If the deadline is somewhere in the middle of April I'll probably be done by then.

I'm going to try hard to get my part done by the end of tomorrow. Because weekdays are the only days on this break where I have specific quiet time to work. Or as close to it as I can get. All I need to do is get myself focused on this project and nothing else. I'm not particularly proud of the last 6 or 7 hours I spent playing video games.

Oh, and Happy Easter. Today was a blur.

Just stoppin by to say hi.... and what I think of this due date crap. Date's been moved what, three times? I thought due date's were there for a reason. It's kinda pointless to have a due date and then just keep movin it when someone can't make it. Should just as well just say "Send in the parts whenever you like". "Can't make the date? Too bad, ur out." That's all you need to say.

You have a point, but what if the incomplete parts look really promising (how does one spell that)? Like, the parts from ikool and Gustavos look really good so far, so I do not want them to get rejected.

I still honestly don't think it matters. As though they really may be good, they should be done regardless, a due date is a due date and should be treated as such by all who participate.

You're right, actually. As long as the due date is reasonable, it should be obeyed in the beginning. But what if the number of people actually working is low? I wasn't around when the due date was first changed, but I can only assume it was because FlashFire wanted more parts, knowing that some people were still working. No use submitting a collab featuring works from three or four people.

Me and MasaandMune (I forgot how that's spelt) were invited into this collab in early March. One full month ago. I'd say that he should have given us both a specific deadline. Perhaps around this date, maybe a week or two more. That's what I would have done if I were running a collab that sets recquired deadlines.

And now that I think about it, I should have done that with my collab. Flashfire, I know what it's like to run a collab that doesn't get anywhere fast. Give the rest of us a deadline. It works beautifully as a motivator. My part is currently lengthed at 15 seconds. With roughly 7 to go. If nothing goes wrong, I can finish today, actually.

Quick update, my part is at 19.5 seconds. Now I think it'll be 25 seconds long at the end. Right now I just need to get a few sound effects, and try to do the last two lines of dialogue in whatever few seconds this room is quiet. In the last couple hours, I've been working while simultaneously watching Jerry Springer and the Maury show. Boy this is fun.

Oh, crap! I totally haven't even played my ps3 since that post. We don't have any good games for it, so I never play. I DO have little big planet though.
