The Ammendments state that all U.S. citizens have the right to bear arms. ERies is partially right, you can choose to own a gun, but you don't have to.

Although I have been a supporter of the right to bear arms, I don't agree with it and I can see how people can belive that we don't have that right, the consitiution is a bit vauge.

Slizor: If you had a government like the US government, you'd want guns too. They're not to be trusted.
It's easy to not worry about guns in a country such as England or Australia where the government is relatively piss weak.
