Air America. Print it off while you can!
Here's a 3rd party article more about what happened from the Washington Post.
"Arbitron was unable to detect any listeners for WZAA during several weeks in December."

So did Air Japan.
I thought United Airlines was Air America though? Weird.

Air America was a radio station that Liberals made because they perceived a lack of a liberal alternative midst in several Conservative talk shows and stations.
Conservatives think it's some sort of a big win, but really, how much is it of a win when it was concentrated in a small area, which is a big reason why it went belly up?
It's something Conservatives can gloat about... because McCain didn't win.
Oohhhhh.... was that too soon???

Turns out they were right, but problem is, when liberals listen to the radio, they don't want to hear what they saw on tv last night and this morning. Also, you can only take so much Obama worship, even liberals have their limits.

considering that now the democrats can't just push the republicans aside anymore, that now they will have to lure 1 over to get anything done, I would say its a pretty massive loss. Unless they can pass healthcare somehow before Brown takes his seat in February, The democrats can forget about their long running dream of "health care reform" as they call it.
Hopefully in november even more democrats lose seats to bring everything closer to 50/50 to where little gets done, which is for the best. if one side is happy, nothing good is going to come of it.

It wasn't a vote for McCain was much as it was a vote against the democrats really. we were going to get a liberal either way. you can either have a stealth liberal or an overt liberal.

I like how they claim they were the only "progressive" voice in radio, as if NPR never existed.

Yah, problem is that a cycle has started since Bush, during election time the candidate is given his only good approval rating, after there elected wait a month and its down the drain and people are bitching about this candidate, then looking towards an another candidate on the other end of the spectrum and then after 4 or 8 years are over election time comes and the cycle starts again....
