Just now after NewGrounds was down( i fucking cried goddammit) the first thing that came to mind was that the chat was up. Apparently, it is just having its finishing touches, so we will be expecting the chat soon!

As far as I'm concerned, yes.

I guess they put more time and effort into the things that don't really help the development of the chat room.

The chat rules used to be very few, then they added more. That was like 8 years ago. Newgrounds had chat people and forum people.

Use the search bar, dumbass.....there have been too many fucking threads about the Chat. It will get here when it gets here, and if you want to see what it will look like, click the all-too-obvious "Chat" button, right above the Audio Portal, to see a picture of a demonstration by a few admins.
