On second thoughts, if Akira the Don is going, then I just might. I love his music.

This guy? Damn, he's good. Dayuuum

Yeah, I went backpacking around Europe and so stayed in hostels every night, it's great. Half the price of a hotel room for a little less privacy. But you have a bed, a space to dump your bag (probably the floor under your bed or similar), there's a toilet/shower down the corridor... They're fine, most of them aren't even communal showers anyway. And when you get back at 2am and you're pretty pissed it doesn't matter about sleeping in a room full of people, you just pass out.

I was in a dorm once where a guy was snoring so badly my bed was shaking. He ended up being kicked in the head by someone to stop him snoring.

As I will make a swift exit (with many explosions) at such a time.

Everyone meet at 1pm, except Luis who meets at 2pm (lmao), so give yourself half an hour to get across london. We'll probably go off to our BSDM den at about......... 7ish maybe? idk. Something like that.

Just be cautious if you're planning to book a hotel on the day of the meet, since most hotels don't let you check in until after 2pm (though with some Travelodges you can pay an early check in fee of about £10), meaning you'll have to try and meet up midmeet or carry all your luggage with you.

Small victories, and all that.

I think part of the reason why I'm not booking in advance is I don't know how my sleeping will go. Last year, I slept through. This year, my sleeping pattern is really fucked up so far. Plus, I wouldn't be surprised if you have a much cheaper bill. I was last quoted for about £40.

This too will pass.

I'm not going to make it guys :( I have to take care of myself and bubble, so tearing up London with lots of alcoholic beverages and bad shoes isn't an option for me this year.
Hope you have a fabulous time, though :) Drink one for me.

Man, I can't believe it's only a few days time until I see you all in person. It's going to feel weird seeing people I only know from the internet but I'm sure I'll easily settle in with those who I've talked to via webcam on Stickam such as Coop.

I feel lucky enough just to be there but what truly amazes me is that I'm going to see Weebl and the Super Flash Bros. They were some of the artists that brought me to this site in the first place!

You'll be surprised how quickly you gel in with everyone, to be honest. That's the good thing about groups of people with the same interest :)

Aaw Cally, that's going to kill Bex - she was really looking forward to seeing you again (as was I, but I've got other plans as well to rebound onto) :(

Don't let me down next year. Please *puppy eyes*

GAAAH.

I just came back from the station, and because I'm a useless fuck I'll be spending over half my budget just for the ticket alone!
This makes me a sad panda >8(

So it's either abort mission TEA AND CRUMPETS and buy an xbox....
OR...I can not drink too much when I'm there.

I guess I'll be one of the poor people around....

BUT IM STILL SO VERY EXCITED THOUGH OMG.

I don't even know most of the people here. I'll be like constantly asking who the hell you are and shit.

Fucking fuckwadded fucknuckled fuckbadgers.

I can't go. Oh well... Wasn't that likely that I would this year anyway.

Nah, just buy it when you get to the tube station. They'll be ticket machines and a ticket office if you need to speak to someone.

Also anyone travelling by tube on Saturday or Sunday should check out this site for travel updates. Seems there's a few closures now.

Most people take it easy on sunday. There usually is no events planned. Maybe gather for dinner or a late lunch. Nothing really elaborate.

I understand perfectly - I'm an uncle of two little bundles of sleepless nights and bad smells that are too cute for even the hardest nosed individuals (i.e. me) to walk away from. I just try to stay away from the parents :P

Guys and girls, we must all do this for Leanne this time around.

Adopt-a-Gagsy. We all take it in turns to pretend that we're her adoring General fanbase and orbit around her, like bubbling crock-pots of male hormones that we were at the age of 12-15.
