One thing that wasn't listed that I have done, is when someone is in front of you, maybe talking or whatever, just blink rapidly, over and over. Eventually, this throws people off, and makes them blink without wanting to do so, and thus annoys them. But they can't yell at you because they might feel something is wrong with you, so your safe, unless the person knows you.

I've done this when I had costumer orders, everyone of them kept messing up on their orders, and twitching and eye blinking every time >:D

To be honest, no I wouldn't. I kind of use the internet when I'm bored considering there is always one around. When I'm lacking the internet though I would just doodle. Those ideas seem silly.
