Yay! Me too! I've only played through arcade mode once, so far, but I know I've found my latest fight fix. Now to get a Wii fightstick... =P

But everyone uses ZERO and it's annoying

ifureadthisdie - What? There is ALWAYS lag present in every online match in TvsC. I've played over 100 matches and NO it is not my connection. Whether it's a slight input lag or complete frame skipping lag, or just plain out connection failing on someone elses end, there is always some lag on this game.

But what can you expect from Wii online? I guess I'll be sticking to Arcade Mode, or MvsC2 on PSN.

I've experienced absolutely no lag so far, it's just your connection

Am I the only one that's mad that they made Yami the last boss, yet you can't play as Amaterasu? It should have been obvious to add her.

ifureadthisdie - Then explain to me how I play Mario Kart Wii online with NO lag, but as soon as I get a fight on TvC, I get noticeable input lag?

Also, is anyone else pissed that you can play as fucking BOSS characters in Ranked matches?

I don't know what a Tatsuntoko is, but they seem to be fun characters to play as.

Mario Kart Wii, a racing game, can use lag masking techniques that Tatsunoko vs Capcom, a fighting game, cannot. The lag is still very much present (perhaps even more so) in Mario Kart Wii, its just masked more heavily due to the nature of the game.

From my understanding, there are no boss characters playable in Ranked mode or even offline mode. The only boss character is Yami, and he is purposely not selectable for this reason. If you are referring to Gold Lightan and PTX, they are balanced characters and legitimate parts of the roster. In the CGoH they were some of the worst characters in the game, so lets hope they got the needed balance changes to make them viable this time around.

I am dissapoint they decided to put another Megaman rep instead of someone from a series that isn't represented as one of Capcom's new characters :|

Also, Frank's face and voice are weird in this game.

But it's an awesome game.

fureadthisdie - Don't give me that. MK never lags on me and I never notice any "masking" of it, since there never is. I play plenty of games online, whether it's on Xbox, PS3, or Wii, and I can safely say that's it's only the Wii and TvC that lags at all. I just came from playing MvC2 online and had 4 completely lagless matches.

I wonder how much money they rake in, selling those official fighting sticks?

Well i just experienced my first moment of lag, but luckily it doesn't interfere much with the game play, as i still executed my combos regularly and i won

2nd match i only won...

With those regular $80 fight sticks, they aren't making any profit, if not much. I made my fight stick with $72 using actual arcade parts and a wood finish. They make money with those $150 sticks, doubling their profit.

lizardlick.com is where you get those parts.

You don't notice the lag because it's properly masked. If you still noticed it after the masking, there would be no point to mask it at all. Also, the reason MvC2 doesn't lag is because MvC2 isn't on the Wii. The Wii's online is horrible in comparison to the XBOX 360 and PS3.

Also, I think you spelled Jingo wrong.

Some zero game play
And a trailer (japanese)
Yes the game play is just like Marvel Vs Capcom, to me that only makes it all the more better, kick ass characters are in it, like Veautiful Joe and Zero. So your thoughts on this game, will you get it, i damn well will, comes out in 4 days
1/26/10
The wii is getting up there, 2010 is looking like a sexy year for gaming

Why the hell would they make a game with Capcop characters vs. old anime characters...
It's like...Tekken vs Sailor Moon....ugh.

Why should that really matter, i mean the game is incredible and maybe it was to give anyone who use to watch any show by Tatsunoko some nostalgia? Maybe the creators were big fans of them? Or maybe because the characters just fit, i don't know exactly why, but it was not a bad choice, the game is making me want to check out the show.

Tekken vs Sailor Moon sounds pretty epic to me, I'd play that. =D

Why would Capcom make a game with Capcom characters vs. American Marvel comic book characters? Makes about as much sense. The Vs series of fighters is a lot of fun and the Tatsunoko characters work just as well as the Marvel characters do, imo.

Why are there eight buttons when there are only four that are used on a regular controller? What are the extra four for?

Sadly you get the Megaman from Megaman legends. He's ok..i wanted X, or at least the classic regular Megaman. But for Frank West's special he turns into Megaman (i think X) and blasts the shit out of everyone.
